Leash the Lid
I support AB 925, which requires that all plastic beverage bottlecaps be attached to their bottles. These caps pose harmful threats to marine wildlife; "Leashing the Lid" would make it substantially easier to ensure that they get recycled--a plus for the economy as well as the environment.
